CHECK IN - CHECK OUT TIMES

Check in is available from 2pm on date of arrival.  Check out is 10am on the day of departure.

 

SMOKING POLICY

We are a non smoking Lodge.  Smoking is permitted by guests in uncovered outdoor areas only.

 

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Rates are charged per suite per night and are quoted in NZ dollars (NZD). 
Rates include GST (Goods and Services tax of 15%), accommodation, gourmet breakfast, complimentary bottle of NZ wine on arrival and full use of all lodge facilities. 
Rates and conditions may be subject to change at our discretion.

CONFIRMATION 

All bookings will be instantly confirmed at time the booking is made.

No deposit is required to secure your reservation however we do require your credit card details at time of booking. We accept Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept AMEX as a method of payment. Full payment is due on check-out, together with any other sundries.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the intimate size of the Lodge, cancellations affect us greatly and the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

A No Show Booking: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Please note: If government imposed Covid19 restrictions result in cancellation the booking can be transferred to a later date or cancelled with no penalty.

 

CHILD POLICY

We are able to accommodate children by arrangement. 

Infants under 5 years - Free in parents' suite.

Children 5 to 10 years - $50.00 per child per night in parents' suite.

Children over 10 years  - $100.00 per child per night in parents' suite.

 

PET POLICY

Pets are not permitted.
